Explore the broad strokes of Italian wine traditions and begin to understand the countless underlying factors that influence wine styles, from the notion of terroir to the wine classification system. To complement this journey and highlight the significance of the Vino d’Italia, a varied selection of SAQ wines will be sampled, three wines per class.
Regions discovered include: Veneto, Chianti & Piedmont.
